We are looking for a Menu Management Team Leader who will combine team leadership, operational expertise, and project coordination to ensure smooth digital menu and POS operations across our brands and markets.

This role combines team management, operational execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on expert and an organized leader who can coordinate team activities while contributing to daily operational work.

Your Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate the Menu Management team

• Plan and prioritize team tasks and operational workload

• Ensure high quality and timely implementation of menu and POS changes

• Support team members in resolving complex issues

• Maintain alignment of POS and menu configuration standards across countries and brands

• Facilitate communication between Menu Management, Marketing, IT, and Support teams

• Support onboarding and development of team members

Projects & Optimization

• Lead initiatives related to menu management and POS improvements

• Coordinate implementation of new features and system enhancements

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and digital menu operations

• Coordinate testing and rollout of new functionalities

• Contribute to improving operational workflows and system reliability

Operational Support

• Configure and set up POS systems

• Implement menu updates and configuration changes

• Ensure proper digital menu implementation across platforms

• Support the marketing team with digital operations and campaign launches

• Cooperate with internal support teams to resolve operational issues

• Ensure consistency of configurations across brands and markets

• Oversee testing and successful deployment of POS and menu changes

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working with POS systems or digital menu management

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in team coordination or leadership is a plus
