Scope of services:
Sales Management
Full ownership of sales targets
Full ownership of sales processes
Complex coordination of activities in assigned markets
Sales Development
Lead generation through outbound channels (telephone, email, social media)
Handling inbound leads according to company standards (quality and reaction time)
Coordinating sales processes from lead generation up to sales closing
Utilizing Social Selling and Video Marketing tactics to get us closer to our target groups
Attending conferences and events in the assigned markets
Handling sales documentation according to company standards
Partner Channel
Full ownership of Partner Channels Sales
Coordinating sales and marketing campaigns in the Partner Channel
Reporting
Reporting on plans vs results
Reporting on sales forecasts
Here’s a set of skills we require:
Strong background in strategic sales - ABM, big tickets, product creation, partner channel
Deep understanding of at least one of the following domains: FinTech, banking, payments, digital assets
Ability to articulate clear sales plans for each account
Ability to balance relationships and sales targets
Full professional proficiency in English
Readiness for international travel and offices visits up to 50/50
Nice to have:
Experience in Asian markets
One of the Asian languages at conversational level
