Senior RPA Engineer

For our Client, we are looking for a qualified Senior RPA Engineer with a good knowledge of English to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual workload. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably with UiPath, and a solid technical foundation in software development principles.

What you need:

• Proven experience as an RPA Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (preferred) or other RPA tools

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles

• Front-end programming knowledge

• Experience working with relational databases

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and proactively

Nice to Have

• Experience in process analysis and process improvement initiatives

• Knowledge of automation best practices and governance models

• Experience working in agile environments

Your tasks:

• Design and develop automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for RPA implementation and optimization

• Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions in accordance with coding standards and best practices

• Build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks using object-oriented programming principles

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation solutions
