Senior SAP CAP Developer with Java

We are seeking a Senior SAP CAP Developer with Java to join a strategic SAP Signavio initiative focused on building enterprise-grade services on SAP Business Technology Platform using CAP (Java).

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud services emphasizing quality, security, and maintainable architecture within an enterprise SAP landscape. Apply now to contribute to a long-term delivery partnership in the Signavio domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable cloud services using SAP CAP with Java

• Implement REST APIs following domain-driven design principles

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align solutions with SAP's Golden Path practices

• Drive initiatives to improve software quality, security, and maintainability

• Apply modern software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management

• Utilize DevOps tools such as Jenkins for build and release automation

• Adopt agile methodologies including test-driven development and continuous integration and delivery

  
  

Requirements

• Strong Java backend development skills with 3+ years of experience

• Experience with SAP CAP Framework and SAP Business Technology Platform

• Solid understanding of Spring Boot framework

• Experience implementing REST APIs

• Knowledge of domain-driven design concepts

• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins

• Experience practicing modern software engineering including coding standards, code reviews, and testing

• Experience working with agile methodologies such as test-driven development and continuous integration & delivery

• English language proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level

• Understanding of SAP cloud services and products

• Experience with SAPUI5
