Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer with at least three years of professional experience. The role mainly requires hands‑on development work. Additional knowledge in Power Pages as well as PCF-Control/CustomAPI-development is a strong plus.

• Collaborate with the Software Architect and Senior Developers to enhance and optimize code quality and reusable components within Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Design and develop custom extensions, integrations, and advanced functionalities tailored to business requirements.

• Work closely with Solution and Software Architects to translate technical concepts into scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system reliability, performance, and quality standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices in development, testing, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 as well as the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Solid development skills (e.g., C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Cloud Flows, HTML/CSS).

• Experience with Power Pages is a plus.

• Good communication skills and the will to learn an established, structured working style.

• Good written and spoken English, Polish.

• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits to the Katowice office, once every two months.
