Senior IBM Mainframe developer

Salary: 130 - 165 PLN/h on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Project

IBM mainframe developer for the Payment Integrations area. Developer needs to be skilled senior to be able to 1) Implement the planned changes using his/her technical skills and 2) co-operate with the other members and stakeholders.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong Mainframe Programming experience with COBOL/JCL/DB2/IMS.

• Excellent Design and development skills in above mentioned technical stack.

• Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role.

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills & able to independently solve technical problems.

• Creative, Quick learner and excellent team player and ability to meet tight deadlines.

   

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of Java/Mainframe Integration (IMS,JCA) would be nice to have.
• Knowledge of Authentication/Authorization methods using Hash functions (SHA-2)/ Security Tokens would be a plus.
