This is a 9-week, paid professional program designed to transition high-performing students into full-time Business Analysts at EPAM. The hybrid format allows you to work on cutting-edge projects, learn from industry experts and build a strong foundation in Business Analysis.
Program dates: July 1 – August 31, 2026
Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Format: Paid, hybrid (3 days in the Krakow office, 2 days remote)

What is required for training:
We’re looking for final-year students or recent graduates from Krakow and nearby locations with
English proficiency – English level from B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) and higher to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
Understanding of business analysis in IT will help you learn faster
General understanding of the IT industry and the business analyst role.
Bonus points if you also have:
Familiarity with Generative AI & Language AI.
Experience working in FinTech, e-commerce, Life Sciences & Healthcare, business process automation, banking, finance, Big Data, or insurance
Previous experience with business analysis–related tasks will be a plus
What will you learn?
During this internship, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team of EPAM experts on a real-world AI-powered project. This experience will strengthen your analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to solve business problems effectively. As part of the program, you’ll engage in various Business Analysis activities, including:
Collaborating with stakeholders in a structured environment.
Eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.
Creating and maintaining business documentation.
Modeling processes and supporting solution design.
Participating in review sessions to improve the quality of requirements and deliverables.
Engaging in training sessions to expand and deepen your Business Analysis knowledge.
