Role Overview
The Business Analyst role supports the execution of Wholesale Servicing goals and transformation initiatives across the client, focusing on improving operations, processes, and client experience. The role involves coordinating change by integrating technology, aligning teams, and supporting regulatory and business-driven initiatives within a consistent operating model. Responsibilities include assisting with change management, conducting impact assessments on scope, time, and budget, and supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of the target operating model. The position also contributes to enhancing operational performance, tracking objectives and key results (OKRs), and identifying strategic opportunities within Wholesale Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse the business environment and customer needs, translating these into clear and actionable business requirements aligned to desired outcomes.
Support programmes and projects by conducting impact assessments on change requests, considering scope, timelines, budget, and governance design.
Perform detailed analysis of proposed changes across processes, data, and systems, ensuring findings are formally documented.
Provide accurate estimates for new requirements, design changes, and scope adjustments.
Identify, document, and escalate risks in a timely manner to support effective decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Analysts, managers, operations teams, training teams, IT, and legal functions.
Engage stakeholders to support process improvements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout delivery.
Follow governance frameworks and stage gates to ensure requirements are appropriately reviewed, approved, and implemented.
Collaborate with programme leads and global teams to deliver change initiatives on time, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork.
Operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments, applying a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and operational risk controls, escalating any concerns or control weaknesses as required.
Key Skills & Experience:

Experience working in a data management environment
Strong MS Office skills, especially using Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
