Tech Agile Delivery Lead

Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced Tech Agile Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of complex, high-impact technology initiatives built on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure DevOps. This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable operating in enterprise-scale environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and taking full ownership of delivery outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring teams deliver reliably, predictably, and to a high standard in an agile setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Agile delivery of initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics platforms.

• Drive delivery governance, planning, and execution using Azure DevOps as the primary delivery and tracking tool.

• Coach and guide cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.

• Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to align priorities, scope, and timelines.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.

• Track and report delivery progress to senior stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with delivery standards, governance, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / CE / Customer Service / Sales).

• Solid working knowledge of Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.

• Experience delivering large-scale CRM or digital transformation programs.

Location & Hybrid Model

• Kraków – up to 5 days per month onsite

• Warsaw – up to 5 days per month onsite

• Outside Kraków/Warsaw – up to 3 days per quarter onsite

Contract Details

• 12-month B2B contract

• Strong possibility of extension
