Tech Project Manager (TPM)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Project Manager to join our Corporate Systems (TPM & SaaS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining essential 3rd party software that supports key business domains, including Finance, CRM, and Legal. If you have 5+ years of experience and excel at bridging the gap between technical architecture and business strategy, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview:

• Type of work: Full-time

• Contract end date: 31/12/2026

• Start date: ASAP

• Team: Collaborating with 8 TPMs and Application Support Engineers.

• Travel: Availability for business travel to Iberia and France is required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage mid-scale and large-impact technological projects, overseeing technical strategy, solutioning, roadmap execution, budgeting, and troubleshooting.

• Technical Design: Contribute to technical designs, find opportunities for component reuse, and optimize the architecture of existing services and system communications.

• Analysis & Requirements: Actively participate in creating requirements and conducting deep analyses. Support teams in precisely defining goals and setting priorities.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with development teams, Product Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and communicate project metrics.

• Risk & Dependency Management: Define and address project risks and technological dependencies between products, providing actionable solutions.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Provide qualitative and quantitative data based on customer behavior and product analytics to support decision-making processes.

Technology Stack & Systems:

• Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, DataBricks, Kubernetes, Power Automate.

• Business Platforms: Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 (Business Central & Customer Engagement), CLM solutions (Concord), and CRM solutions (Hubspot).

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in tech-focused project management.

• Technical Literacy: Strong knowledge of IT technologies to understand design and perform high-level analysis.

• Methodology: Proven understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (ROI analysis, business case development).

• Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

• Mindset: Result-oriented, takes full ownership of tasks, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

• Organization: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus Points: Knowledge of UML and Archimate for reading or creating architectural diagrams.
