Summary

The role of a ServiceNow Solution Developer focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions within ServiceNow, aimed at enhancing patient care through advanced technology.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, specializing in AI, by leveraging both standard features and custom integrations.
• Developing robust integration frameworks to seamlessly connect ServiceNow with external platforms.
• Providing guidance and an AI framework to internal and external developers.
• Working with architects and development teams to ensure solutions follow best practices.
• Maintaining a strong focus on data quality when designing AI solutions.
• Supporting the continuous evolution of ServiceNow's AI capabilities.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Over 6 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in developing solutions.
• More than 4 years of hands-on developer experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficient in JavaScript, with skills in writing and optimizing code.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Now Assist and LLMs.
• Strong background in IT processes within large organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, ITIL) and their integration within DevOps practices.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
