The role of a ServiceNow Solution Developer focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions within ServiceNow, aimed at enhancing patient care through advanced technology.
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, specializing in AI, by leveraging both standard features and custom integrations.
- Developing robust integration frameworks to seamlessly connect ServiceNow with external platforms.
- Providing guidance and an AI framework to internal and external developers.
- Working with architects and development teams to ensure solutions follow best practices.
- Maintaining a strong focus on data quality when designing AI solutions.
- Supporting the continuous evolution of ServiceNow's AI capabilities.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Over 6 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in developing solutions.
- More than 4 years of hands-on developer experience with ServiceNow.
- Proficient in JavaScript, with skills in writing and optimizing code.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow development frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Now Assist and LLMs.
- Strong background in IT processes within large organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, ITIL) and their integration within DevOps practices.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
- Technical curiosity and a proactive approach to AI advancements.
- Strong presentation abilities.
