Senior Digital Scrum Master

• Location: Remote from Poland

• Assignment Start Date: ASAP and latest 01.02.26

• Assignment Duration: Until 30.09.26 with an option for extension

Summary: The Senior Digital Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating Agile practices within Client’s existing development team, particularly for customer-related projects. The goal is to enhance team performance and delivery while ensuring alignment with digital development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.

• Lead the team in adopting Lean-Agile principles.

• Ensure smooth communication across cross-functional teams.

• Engage with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.

• Utilize Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) effectively.

• Assist in the continuous improvement and monitoring of team performance.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE).

• Proven experience in managing case-based leadership styles.

• Deep understanding of digital development processes and technologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

• Relevant Scrum Master certifications (SAFe SM or Agile).

• Experience working in DevOps teams in various roles.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with customer-centric project management.

• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.

• Ability to work in nearshore collaboration (+/- 1 hour time zone from Denmark).

• Willingness to travel for larger events.
