INTRODUCTION & SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to support the transformation of sales processes and technology in the e-commerce sector. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales and IT teams to enhance sales efficiency through advanced CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, focusing on optimizing workflows, driving innovation, and maximizing return on investment for sales technologies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a critical member of the team, you will:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable sales solutions.
- Optimize existing sales processes to enhance user experience.
- Lead the development of a client 360-view in Salesforce.
- Utilize data analytics for decision making and process improvements.
- Support change management initiatives and training efforts.
- Identify areas for automation and advanced technology integration.
- Advise senior leadership on sales technology investments.
- Implement established governance frameworks for operational excellence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Strong engagement skills with senior sales leaders regarding process enhancements.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and effective business processes.
