As we scale, we’re looking for a Project Manager for Client Integrations to help us deliver seamless implementations of our products. 🗺️

🧑💻 About the role
As our Project Manager for Client Integrations, you’ll manage the implementation of Luigi’s Box products on client websites. Together with your frontend development team, you’ll help e-commerce companies integrate and start using our solutions smoothly.
You’ll coordinate 15–20 projects simultaneously, working closely with your 3-member technical team. Projects are of small to medium scale, usually lasting 2–5 weeks.
You will:
Be responsible for all elements of timely project delivery
Guide customers through the integration process, understand their needs, propose solutions, and ensure successful outcomes
Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep projects on track
Manage and support your small frontend development team, facilitating communication between the client and technical team
Oversee project administration (timelines, reporting, task distribution, quality, and customer satisfaction)
Identify areas for improvement in project management to optimize processes
Drive efficiency and reliability in how integrations are delivered
💫 What makes you a great fit
Must haves:
Fluent Polish and English (C1 level)
Strong interest and understanding of web or e-commerce technology
2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, ideally within a digital agency, SaaS, or technical e-commerce environment
Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
Solid knowledge of project management principles and methods
A love for learning about technology and helping clients use products to their full potential
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and team activities
Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate remote teams
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Nice to haves
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with JIRA or similar tools (Trello, Asana)
Knowledge of another European language (German, Czech, or Slovak)
