Introduction & Summary:
The PMO outcome-based model aims to enhance application development across the AFKL group, managing a large portfolio of resources and vendors. We seek a professional with expertise in outcome-based models, robust analytical skills, and the ability to facilitate change management processes within collaborative teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a propensity to engage with both internal IT teams and business stakeholders to demonstrate project benefits effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
The PMO will be integral in guiding the development and implementation of the outcome-based model across vendor teams. Key responsibilities include:
Providing support to Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) in integrating outcome-based practices.
Developing and maintaining dashboards for tracking project progress.
Organizing steering committee (SteerCo) meetings to align stakeholders.
Managing the investment budget of €2M effectively.
Creating and disseminating guidelines and documentation.
Facilitating contractual amendments and change management processes.
Encouraging and supporting mixed teams to adapt to outcome-based frameworks.
Communicating benefits and fostering collaboration between product owners and IT teams.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in English.
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
Proven experience in managing outcome-based models (managed services).
Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
Capable of working autonomously while supporting team objectives.
Expertise in change management practices.
Nice to Have:
Experience in vendor management.
Knowledge of contract negotiation processes.
Familiarity with dashboarding tools.
