Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you won’t just "manage features"—you will shape the foundation of our core product. You will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution by leading the product through its entire lifecycle.
Your Workflow:
1. Discovery (Understanding & Validation)
Internal Analysis: Deep dive into internal materials, client feedback, and continuous dialogue with internal stakeholders.
Market Research: Conduct interviews with current clients (CS), potential leads (Sales), and market competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
Prototyping: Create and present clickable prototypes to both internal teams and external partners for early validation.
Technical Definition: Define technical solutions in close collaboration with the Tech Lead, Product Designer, Developers, and Architects.
2. Delivery (Execution & Communication)
Value Control: Monitor the delivery of value and track ticket progress to ensure alignment with the product vision.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain a constant flow of information regarding progress and potential risks to CS, Marketing, Sales, and the broader Product team.
3. Go-To-Market (Enablement & Launch)
Marketing Support: Prepare high-quality content for product campaigns.
Sales & CS Enablement: Equip our front-line teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Your Goals
Efficiency: Achieving product milestones in the most effective way possible.
De-risking: Utilizing a rigorous Discovery process to minimize technical and business risks.
Delivery Control: Maintaining high standards and transparency during the development phase.
Transparency & Escalation: Keeping stakeholders informed on goals and risks, and escalating issues early when necessary.
Stakeholder Enablement: Empowering other departments to seamlessly deliver value to our customers.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3-5+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
Technical Mindset: Proven track record in managing technical products (API-first/Headless).
Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills; the ability to drive change and align diverse stakeholders.
Data-Informed: Ability to define and analyze key metrics to measure success.
Languages: Fluency in Polish (C2) and English (C1+).
Nice to have:
Experience in the loyalty, gamification, or eCommerce sectors.
A background in software development or a deep understanding of system architecture.
