emagine is seeking an IT Support Specialist for one of our international clients. The consultant is expected to work onsite in Chicago (IL), USA. Your role will be part of a department that provides fast, professional assistance and keep critical systems and services running reliably when it matters most.
Responsibilities include:
As an IT Support Specialist, your core duty will be to ensure effective and efficient tech support for the Chicago office.
Deliver and configure laptops, phones, and accessories for new hires
Set up accounts and ensure correct access rights
Provide phone support via our hotline
Log and manage tickets in Jira with clear prioritization and progress updates
Perform proactive health checks on devices and meeting room equipment
Offer VIP support for senior leadership with professionalism
Work within SLA frameworks and manage vendor relationships
Manage software licenses and monitor renewals.
Key requirements:
4+ years of experience working in IT, confident handling executive/VIP users
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune
Experience working in Jira or similar IT Service Desk tools
Professional, clear communicator, steady under pressure
Organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize and be flexible in busy periods
Very service-minded, positive, and approachable.
Other Details:
This role is based onsite in Chicago and includes occasional travel to New York and other nearby locations.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months + option for extension
Location: Chicago (IL), USA (onsite 5 days / week required)
