Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring Helpdesk Support to join our team, supporting a linux function. emagine is a dynamic, fast-growing international consulting and technology company, founded on real-world experience, focused on custom-fit solutions. A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Helpdesk Support would be:

 

  • Provide first-line helpdesk support to the Linux team

  • Log, manage, and track support tickets through to resolution

  • Troubleshoot user and system issues, resolving where possible or escalating when needed

  • Take ownership of issues and ensure timely follow-up and communication

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks within the team

  • Work within structured IT support processes (e.g. ticketing systems, SLAs)

  • Assist with documentation and knowledge base updates

  • Provide general IT support across systems as required

 

Requirements:

 

  • Provide first-line helpdesk support to the Linux team
