A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Helpdesk Support would be:
Provide first-line helpdesk support to the Linux team
Log, manage, and track support tickets through to resolution
Troubleshoot user and system issues, resolving where possible or escalating when needed
Take ownership of issues and ensure timely follow-up and communication
Support day-to-day operational tasks within the team
Work within structured IT support processes (e.g. ticketing systems, SLAs)
Assist with documentation and knowledge base updates
Provide general IT support across systems as required
Requirements:
