The role of Enterprise Architect for Client Channels is critical in defining the target architecture, principles, and roadmap for CIB client-facing channels. This position requires expert knowledge in ensuring cross-domain alignment, particularly in Markets & Trading, Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Client Onboarding/KYC processes, while adhering to Group/CTO standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture, standards, and strategic guidelines for client channels across CIB.

• Ensure alignment across domains and regions, collaborating with Markets, Transaction Banking, and Client Services.

• Review initiatives for architectural fit and compliance with Client Centricity strategy.

• Represent the domain in architecture governance forums, ensuring adherence to established policies.

• Drive adoption of shared capabilities such as identity, access, security, API gateway, UX frameworks, and data/service integration.

• Communicate strategy and architecture direction clearly in excellent English to senior stakeholders.

• Provide architectural leadership and support global alignment across teams.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture.

• Strong knowledge of client-centric strategies.

• Ability to work across multiple domains and regions.

• Proficiency in architectural governance practices.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Leadership capabilities in driving strategic initiatives.

• Experience in financial services industry.

• Familiarity with modern architecture methodologies.

• Understanding of API management and security frameworks.
