Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on complex IT projects for international clients, driving successful delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for clients, while taking full ownership of project execution and financial outcomes. Your expertise will ensure that projects not only meet expectations but set new standards for excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from initiation to closure

🔹Plan, monitor, and report project progress to internal teams and client stakeholders

🔹Manage project budgets, costs, margins, and financial reporting

🔹Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues

🔹Deliver projects in Fixed Price and Time & Material models

🔹Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, engineering, QA, stakeholders)

🔹Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted delivery partner

🔹Ensure transparency, proper documentation, and high delivery standards

Who Are We Looking For?

✅5+ years of experience in project management within IT / digital environments

✅Proven experience delivering projects in Fixed Price and Time & Material models

✅Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital product delivery

✅Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid)

✅Strong financial awareness: budget ownership, forecasting, and reporting

✅Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills

✅Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes

✅Leadership mindset and experience in guiding project teams

✅Higher education degree

✅Polish – C1 (or native)

✅English – C1 (daily communication with international clients)

✅Remote-first availability with occasional presence in our Warsaw office

✅Experience in Fintech, Banking, Wealth Management is appreciated 

✅Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) are nice to have
