Job description

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and play a key role in supporting critical business applications? At DSV, we are looking for an Application Owner with ServiceNow expertise to deliver exceptional support and drive efficient IT service management across the organization.

 

Join our dynamic team and contribute to managing a broad portfolio of applications across Group Sustainability & Compliance, Group Services, and Group Finance. You will collaborate with Service Owners, Application Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Architects to drive the full application lifecycle — from vendor selection and solution implementation to ongoing support and continuous improvement.


As an Application Owner you will bring to the role:

  • Technical Expertise: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator required; ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on Experience: Solid background with ServiceNow ITSM, with additional experience in the Legal Service Delivery Module considered a plus.
  • User Experience: Skilled in dashboard and reporting design, workspace and knowledge base setup, process configuration, and support. Strong CSS, HTML, and ServiceNow portal/widget design abilities.
  • Development: Experience in Java scripting (server and client side), UI Policies and Actions, custom app development, configuration, and portal customization.
  • Ownership: Serve as an IT contact for the application, ensuring smooth operation, alignment with business needs, and ongoing support and incident resolution.
