About Us

We are a fast-growing Software House delivering modern, scalable, and innovative software solutions. As our team expands, we are looking for a Principal Software Architect to work closely with our CTO and play a key role in shaping technology direction, leading delivery, and ensuring our clients receive world-class solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a right-hand partner to the CTO in technology strategy and delivery.

• Design system architectures and propose scalable solutions to business problems.

• Participate in and lead client meetings, ensuring technical alignment and trust.

• Oversee technical teams, guide engineers, and support project execution.

• Stay hands-on when necessary with coding in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or related web technologies.

• Provide technical leadership in cloud and containerized environments (AWS/Azure/GCP + Kubernetes).

• Make informed and courageous technical decisions in complex scenarios.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial experience in software delivery.

• Strong coding background in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.).

• Proven experience in designing and implementing software architectures.

• Strong communication and client-facing experience.

• Experience leading teams and facilitating meetings.

• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Full-stack engineering experience.

• Experience speaking at industry events or conferences.
