We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our Multinationalclients team and drive project governance, coordination, and execution. This role is open to candidates in Poland, UK, Hungary, Portugal, Germany, and Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects, ensuring alignment across Sprinklr and customer teams.
• Establish project governance, standardize processes, and optimize task management for ongoing workstreams.
• Collaborate with Customer Project Managers, System Admins, and external partners (including telecom and infrastructure teams) to manage tasks effectively.
• Oversee resource management for all Sprinklr resources involved in the project.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for issues across any workstream.
• Ensure day-to-day updates and prioritization of tasks are managed seamlessly.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Skilled in coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders, including customers, system admins, and partners.
• Adept at resource and task prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing escalations.
