IT & Data Product Manager - Unified Communications and Smart Office

Global Technology and Infrastructure (GTI) is a global, product-centric team responsible for managing and securing Danone's infrastructure and technologies. We power Danone's IT & Data platforms and workspaces.

As part of the Digital Workplace Tribe, the Product Manager for Unified Communications and Smart Office will play a key role in shaping and driving the global vision and strategy for these technologies at Danone.

You will deeply understand customer needs around Unified Communication and Smart Office solutions. You will carry the vision of the product, translating it into a valuable reality for the organization. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Tribe Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• leading the creation, designing, and deploying communication and collaboration products
• creating and articulating an inspiring vision for your areas of responsibility
• building and sustaining the product backlog, prioritizing needs, and ensuring delivery and performance
• ensuring alignment between end-user and stakeholder needs and the product vision, delivery, and adoption
• translating business needs into the backlog and envision solutions
• evaluating options with the product team to optimize value creation and manage the product's cost model
• planning and communicating steps to deliver the productp
• developing new, innovative ideas to stretch the organization
• handling product discovery and delivery adaptively, incrementally, and iteratively
• establishing partnerships with leading technology providers
• managing the product's P&L
• fostering efficient communications between Danone employees and third parties
• enhancing digital 'smart' capabilities for our offices
• producing, storing, and publishing high-level documentation to support local teams.
• organizing early testing with targeted personas to deliver relevant features quickly
• delivering training to support IT teams in solution adoption

Process & Projects

• Technology Products: Serving the GTI organization, IT Platforms & Commons, and end users
• Agile Frameworks: Utilizing agile frameworks and delivery models
• Communication Platforms: Managing video conferencing, meetings, live events, calling platforms, and telephony
• Smart Office Solutions: Implementing digital signage, space booking, occupancy, wayfinding, etc
• Instant Messaging: Integrating instant messaging, bots, and agent integrations

About You

You are passionate about user experience and excited about delivering solutions which have a positive impact. A technologist at heart, you help colleagues leverage unified communications tools to be effective and efficient. You bridge the gap between technical and business teams, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to develop and deliver your product roadmap, transforming the ways of working for over 60,000 colleagues across 19 markets.

We expect you to have:

• at least 5 years in technology (Unified communications and collaboration tools) with customer/business-facing experience
• good knowledge of business, customers, and the technology market
• strong technical knowledge for product definition and vision
• knowledge of product/agile frameworks and delivery models
• ability to trade off and make decisions
• strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• fluent in English
