Data Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager eager to join us on this mission.

Data Product Manager

What will you be doing?

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to development and launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and functionalities based on stakeholder feedback, market demands, and data-driven insights.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data teams.
• Ensure that data products meet governance, privacy, and regulatory standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
• Oversee the implementation of data governance practices, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for data products.
• Regularly monitor product performance, analyzing user behavior, adoption, and impact on business outcomes.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation for product features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on product status, performance, and roadmaps.

Must have:

• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams, resources, and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud.
• Understanding of data governance, data catalog tools and cloud storage concepts (data lake, data warehouse).
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
• Experience in fostering collaboration and managing team dynamics effectively.
• Knowledge of tools like Power BI, GitHub, and orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster).
• Fluent in Polish and English
