Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive implementation projects within the Retail Execution for CPG industry, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables, ensuring they meet the established timelines and standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Experience in system implementations
• Technical background
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining business relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Availability for international travel (approximately 3 days per month), onboarding in Poland (1month).

Nice to have:

• A strong command of German or French is a plus.
