The company is known for innovation across areas such as oncology, infectious diseases, respiratory conditions, and immunology, working closely with healthcare providers, governments, and research institutions worldwide.

Project Overview

You will be responsible for administering and optimizing the Atlassian ecosystem in a large-scale, international environment. This role combines hands-on technical work with stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence

• Design and configure workflows, schemes, and integrations

• Create and manage projects, dashboards, filters, and queries

• Collaborate with engineering and program management teams

• Evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps

• Manage users, permissions, and governance

• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and consolidation initiatives

• Document configurations and processes

• Build automations to improve team efficiency

Must-Have Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem

• Strong understanding of Jira APIs, automation, and integrations

• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Experience troubleshooting performance, workflows, and plugins

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience integrating Jira with tools like GitHub, GCP, and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience building advanced dashboards and reports

• Knowledge of cloud and web technologies

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Working Hours

You need to overlap with the US East Coast time zone:

• 11:00–19:00 CET

• 12:00–20:00 CET

• or 14:00–22:00 CET
