ITSM Platform Engineer

At Pretius, we are looking for an ITSM Platform Engineer to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Design and configure JSM solutions (service portals, SLAs, workflows, RBAC, issue security, data residency).

• Implement and improve ITIL-based processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Release).

• Administer Jira, Confluence, and JSM (users, permissions, projects, performance, releases).

• Build automations and integrations (REST APIs, Azure AD/Entra ID, monitoring tools).

• Develop and maintain CMDB (JSM Assets) and service mappings.

• Create reports and dashboards (SLAs, KPIs, trends) and ensure ISO 27001 / GDPR compliance.

• Deliver training and 2nd-level support; collaborate with vendors.

Requirements

• Experience with Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence (Cloud/DC).

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and JSM configuration (SLAs, workflows, queues).

• Understanding of multi-tenancy, RBAC, and data protection (GDPR).

• Experience with Automation for Jira and system integrations (APIs/webhooks).

• Knowledge of SSO/identity management (Azure AD/Entra ID, SAML/OIDC, SCIM).

• Experience with Confluence Knowledge Base (KCS).

• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

• Excellent English language skills (min. B2).

Nice to have:

• Atlassian certifications (ACP-420, ACP-120, etc.).

• Experience with CMDB / JSM Assets and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Opsgenie, Datadog).

• German language skills.
