Technical Lead with GenAI

🧑‍💻 Technical Lead with GenAI (100% remote)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions (GenAI)
• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python, Node.js and Java
• Oversee the integration of GenAI solutions (LLM, chatbots, AI agents, RAG) with business applications and corporate systems
• Mentor and guide the development team, sharing best practices in software engineering
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define strategies and implement innovative solutions

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect in large, international organizations
• Advanced knowledge of Python and experience with Node.js and Java
• Proficiency in Angular
• Understanding of GenAI, including LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps implementation
• Strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage development teams effectively
• Fluent English (C1) and the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
