Hybrid work - 2x a week work office - Łódź (Śródmieście)
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives and daily operational activities
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
- Support and initiate process improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines
- Provide backup support for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Execute work shadowing sessions and training activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Foster a problem-solving culture and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service Desk
- AP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions
- English - B2 level required
- German - C1 level required
