Projects:

They manage IT projects for Polish and international clients, handling a wide range of tasks—from design, development, and implementation to functional specification, source data analysis, business requirements definition, testing support, and mobile app development. Within the department, they provide IT consulting services, primarily for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions in business applications, including AI-assisted coding, test automation, and development process optimization.
• Select appropriate AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, MLOps).
• Integrate AI with backend and frontend IT systems.
• Enhance development efficiency with AI-powered CI/CD, code review, and automated testing.
• Lead AI projects from PoC to production deployment.
• Define AI best practices for development teams.
• Adapt AI solutions to industry-specific needs (finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security of AI implementations.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI use cases.
• Collaborate with developers and tech leaders on AI integration.
• Mentor and upskill teams in AI technologies.

Requirements:

• Expertise in AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, generative AI, and AI-driven automation.
• Experience in designing, prototyping, and deploying AI in business applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain, TensorFlow, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, MLOps).
• Understanding of IT architecture and AI integration with backend/frontend applications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (test automation, process optimization).
• Consulting experience (Big4, enterprise IT) and industry-specific AI adaptation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Knowledge of AI compliance and regulatory aspects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills—workshops, technical collaboration.
• Experience in mentoring and AI skill development in teams.
• Proficiency in English (B2+).
