As a Senior PMO Analyst, you’ll become an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional team delivering innovative solutions in the financial services space. Our client collaborates closely with partners to provide intelligent, end-to-end systems that support credit, debt, and insolvency management – empowering businesses to build lasting, trusted relationships with their customers.
This is a remote position, with the possibility of occasional travel to the client’s office in Dublin, Ireland, when business needs arise.
We are looking for a candidate who can join the team as soon as possible.

Your Daily Missions
Support Project, Program, and Portfolio Managers in planning, monitoring, and delivering projects successfully.
Maintain and update project plans, track progress, and generate status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) and ensure critical project information is up-to-date.
Align with and support PMO processes and procedures, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Assist with financial management, including forecasting, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
Collaborate effectively with project teams, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Utilise project control tools and solutions to monitor and control project performance.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
Proven experience working as a PMO Analyst, supporting project or program delivery at a senior level.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteProjects is required, preferably at an Admin level.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and PM tools.
Excellent analytical skills to assess project data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
Experience in a busy PMO environment, preferably supporting IT projects or programs.
Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
Strong customer orientation and collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
Proficiency in Polish at a minimum C1 level.
