Senior Solution Architect / Technical Team Lead (Java, NodeJS, AWS)

About the role:

We are building a next-generation, large-scale marketplace with embedded payment systems, running entirely on a serverless AWS infrastructure. We’re looking for a unique technical leader - someone who thrives on understanding and solving complex challenges across both software and infrastructure, always keeping the entire platform in view.

Key responsibilities:

• Holistic Platform Perspective: Analyze and solve technical challenges with a full-platform mindset (software + infrastructure, serverless AWS, payments)

• High-Level Abstraction: Break down feature requests into their core requirements, challenge assumptions, and discover simpler, smarter solutions

• Technical Design Mastery: Drive the creation of scalable, reliable, and elegant technical solutions, ensuring performance, coherence, and best practices

• Communication & Collaboration: Clearly explain complex problems to both developers and stakeholders. Promote open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and team synergy

Requirements:

• Hands-on expertise: Proven experience programming in Java and NodeJS

• Decision-making experience: Comfortable making key technical and organizational choices in product development

• Leadership experience: Previously worked as a Senior Developer, Architect, or Team Lead (teams of 5–15 preferred)

• Domain advantage: Experience with marketplaces, payments, or high-growth platforms is a big plus
