It is a unique chance to join one of our Swiss clients who is growing fast and continues to invest heavily in the development of its platform. It is a very interesting long-term project that allows growing as a business analyst and being part of an ambitious team.

The role is for an experienced, hands-on Business Analyst with fluent German who is open to travel during the project. We expect the BA to have a passion for working directly with clients, business partners, and tech teams to determine customer needs and provide clearly defined business requirements. You will actively engage with the clients to create detailed business cases and clear problem-solving statements.

What we are looking for

☑️ Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar (Product Owner/Manager)

☑️ Fluent German and English (verbal and written)

☑️ Openness to travel during the project (to meet with the team or the clients) - mainly to Germany and Switzerland

☑️ Ability to work with clients, as well as internal business stakeholders and technical teams

☑️ Experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and business case formation

☑️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

☑️ Experience with agile methodologies

☑️ Important soft skills include: Management, Teamwork and collaboration, Responsibility and Ownership, Independence
