Senior Product Owner

This position is a unique hybrid, blending the strategic mindset of a Business Analyst with the execution-focused drive of a Project Manager. You will be the bridge between the client’s business goals and our technical implementation, ensuring we build the right things, the right way.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Act as a Business Analyst to deeply understand the client's challenges, industry trends, and user needs. Translate these into a clear product roadmap.

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of Developers, Designers, and QA Engineers. You will be responsible for the team's workflow, morale, and delivery.

• Project Execution: Own the full project lifecycle. Manage timelines, budget, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality releases using Agile methodologies.

• Prioritization & Backlog Management: Balance business value with technical feasibility. Make the "tough calls" on what to build next to maximize ROI.

• Stakeholder Management: Maintain a strong, transparent relationship with the client, acting as their trusted advisor and translating complex technical concepts into business language.
