Technical Product Owner – Salesforce (CRM Migration Project)
🧠 About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead the CRM migration to Salesforce. You will guide the technical and data-driven evolution of the platform, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Data, and Marketing functions.
You will work closely with Salesforce Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into actionable technical epics and user stories.
📍 Remote – EU
💰 Rate: 1,300–1,500 PLN / day (B2B)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
Drive the delivery of Salesforce CRM capabilities across multiple agile teams
Collaborate with Salesforce Tech Leads, BAs, Developers, and QA
Translate business requirements into technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Align deliverables with broader transformation programs and cross-platform integrations
Salesforce Expertise
Provide deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Data Services
Ensure data-driven processes through accurate ingestion, validation, enrichment, and utilization
Data Quality & Governance
Ensure data quality, GDPR compliance, and governance
Support system integrations across CDP, MAP, and Data Platforms
Technical Leadership
Partner with Technology Leads for system analysis, design, integration, and configuration
Provide guidance across Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and marketing automation tools
Stakeholder Management
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical Salesforce teams
Communicate roadmap, timelines, and dependencies clearly across groups
📌 Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner in Salesforce CRM environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Services and data-driven sales processes
Experience with multi-system integrations (consent management, lead scoring, case resolution)
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
