IT Product Owner — Agentic (SF1)
Responsibilities
Manage the Agentforce product backlog, sprint governance, and acceptance criteria for Sales and Finance use cases.
Identify, qualify, and size agentic opportunities across specific user populations.
Define and track adoption metrics, reporting results to leadership.
Coordinate delivery sequencing with platform teams, developers, and business process owners.
Collaborate on user communication, training design, and change management.
Stay current on Agentforce roadmaps and identify upcoming capabilities.
Requirements
3–5 years of IT product ownership experience on Salesforce.
Bilingual proficiency (FR/EN) is required.
Prior exposure to AI or agent features is a strong differentiator.
Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and user permission models.
High user empathy and a structured, accountable approach to backlog management.
