IT Product Owner — Agentic (SF1)

Responsibilities

• Manage the Agentforce product backlog, sprint governance, and acceptance criteria for Sales and Finance use cases.

• Identify, qualify, and size agentic opportunities across specific user populations.

• Define and track adoption metrics, reporting results to leadership.

• Coordinate delivery sequencing with platform teams, developers, and business process owners.

• Collaborate on user communication, training design, and change management.

• Stay current on Agentforce roadmaps and identify upcoming capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT product ownership experience on Salesforce.

• Bilingual proficiency (FR/EN) is required.

• Prior exposure to AI or agent features is a strong differentiator.

• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and user permission models.

• High user empathy and a structured, accountable approach to backlog management.
