Job description:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the migration project, coordination with customers and suppliers, ensuring migration of customer entity.

 

At cloudatus, you will: 

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support projects, changes, and ongoing service improvements

  • Take ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes on time, ensuring accountability across involved teams

  • Coordinate, organize, and monitor daily tasks within the network domain to ensure smooth operations

  • Handle escalations effectively while maintaining alignment with internal and external teams

  • Drive continuous improvement and service optimization initiatives across technical operations

  • Foster a positive team environment through active engagement, support, and motivation of team members

     

Required technical and professional expertise: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders

  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset that helps you tackle complex challenges with confidence

  • Solid understanding of systems and solutions supporting the networking domain

  • Practical knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse set of tasks while organizing your work independently and efficiently


This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level). German language will be a huge benefit.

Location: Rzeszów, but this role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home or opt for more business-y settings in our office. It’s all up to you.
