Job description:
As a Technical Project Manager at cloudatus, you will lead and coordinate network migration projects for a wide range of international clients — all from the comfort of your home. This 100% remote role requires availability during US time zones and follows a flexible NOC shift model, which may include a 4-days-on / 2-days-off rotation depending on project needs.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of network migration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless migration of customer entities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to support changes, resolve issues, and implement improvements
Ensure accountability across all teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope
Organize and monitor operational tasks within the network domain to maintain service continuity
Handle escalations in a structured, customer-centric manner
Drive service optimization and process improvements across technical operations
Foster a positive, motivated team culture through proactive communication and leadership
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
Proven experience managing network migration projects across multiple environments
Ability and willingness to work in US time zones, with a flexible schedule (e.g., 4-on / 2-off shifts based on project needs)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Solid understanding of systems, protocols, and architectures in the networking domain
Practical experience with ITIL and service management frameworks
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a dynamic, remote work environment
This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level). German language will be a huge benefit.
