Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line Support)

We’re looking for a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You’ll handle escalated technical challenges, support project delivery, and collaborate with multiple teams to keep systems running smoothly and securely.
What You'll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across infrastructure, network, and application stacks
Own 3rd line escalations and drive them to resolution with minimal oversight
Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to deliver tailored client solutions
Support and maintain cloud environments – including Azure, AWS, and GCP
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, and automate with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and security best practices
Contribute to system migrations, integrations, and disaster recovery initiatives
What We're Looking For
Solid background in IT infrastructure, technical support, and cloud platforms - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH GCP
Strong experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and working with SQL
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with ITIL processes; certifications like Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or Security+ are a plus
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with DevOps tools and automation workflows
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
A knack for documenting technical processes and solutions clearly
