ECM Administrator

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Install and update core ECM components (e.g., application servers such as JBoss).

• Ensure stable operation and administration of ECM environments.

• Support configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization of the system.

• Work with Unix and Windows environments to maintain system stability.

• Support migration tasks (e.g., adapting to MS changes such as SMTP deprecation).

• Collaborate with the team through shadowing and mentoring to quickly gain independence.

🧠 Our requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or system operations.

• Knowledge of ECM platforms or content/document management systems.

• Good knowledge of Unix/Windows OS and application servers (e.g., JBoss).

• Familiarity with basic networking and system security concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Doxis or other ECM solutions.
