YOUR TASKS
Lead technical consultations to gather deployment and integration requirements.
Analyze and document design inputs: interconnectivity, OSS systems, LTE elements (MMEs), platform dependencies, and interface boundaries.
Prepare and maintain Customer Site & Network Integration Surveys (CSNIS) using client standards.
Populate CSNIS with technical data: IP schemes, routing, VLANs, architecture diagrams, DNS/NTP/SNMP settings, and configuration tables.
Conduct stakeholder reviews and finalize deliverables.
Create and validate site‑specific MoPs and ATPs.
Plan integration windows in line with customer timelines.
Install and configure BMC platform and applications per approved procedures.
Validate connectivity with network elements (NAAD/FEMA IPAWS, MMEs, BSCs, RNCs, Small Cells, EMS/OSS via SNMP/FTP).
Perform functional testing (live/simulated alerts) for end‑to‑end readiness.
Serve as SPOC for all BMC technical issues.
Respond to service requests, perform root‑cause analysis, and use diagnostics/logs.
Collaborate with SMEs and manage ARs/NCT tickets for defects or documentation gaps.
Provide regular status updates (daily for critical, weekly for others).
Deliver resolution summaries and lead closure/signoff sessions
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in telecom infrastructure (core networks, messaging, or alerting systems).
Expertise in BMC platform deployment and configuration.
Strong knowledge of LTE/GSM/UMTS core networks and OSS/SNMP protocols.
Experience preparing technical documentation (CSNIS, MoP, ATP).
Skilled in network integration (IP addressing, VLANs, DNS/NTP).
Strong troubleshooting and customer‑facing coordination skills.
Hands-on experience with BMC deployments and public warning systems (FEMA IPAWS, NAAD).
Practical lab validation and production rollout experience.
