Project Manager
About Boldare & the Europe Team
Boldare is an Agile-powered product development and consulting company with nearly two decades of international experience. Since 2004, we've helped clients redefine their industries by building digital products their users actually want — across Western and Northern Europe, the UK, North America, the Middle East, and beyond. We've shipped over 300 digital products and we're not slowing down.
The Europe team is a tight-knit group of people who take their work seriously but don't take themselves too seriously. We work closely with clients across Europe, value real ownership, and believe that good project management is about people as much as it is about process.
The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives close to the work: not just tracking progress in spreadsheets, but genuinely understanding what the team is building, why it matters to the client, and what it takes to get it done well.
You'll own the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, keep everyone aligned, and make sure that what gets shipped actually delivers value. You'll work with cross-functional development teams, build strong client relationships, and be the person who keeps things moving even when things get complicated.
What this role is about
Some of the most interesting work we do happens early: discovery phases, proof-of-concept builds, innovation sprints with clients exploring new territory. These projects move fast, context shifts often, and the product brief can change after week one.
We're looking for a PM who's energized by that, not frustrated by it. Someone who can scope, structure, and ship in compressed timelines and genuinely enjoys working on products that didn't exist six months ago.
What You'll Do
End-to-end delivery on short-cycle and innovation projects (discovery, MVP, proof-of-concept)
Rapid scoping and backlog structuring with clients who are still discovering their own needs
Client relationships: honest, direct, grounded in real progress not good vibes
Working with AI tools and helping teams use them effectively in delivery
Reporting that's useful, not ceremonial
Making sure the team ships something with real value at the end — not just a demo
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role in the IT industry
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills: you can manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and shifting priorities without losing your head
Ownership mindset and client-first approach: you treat clients as partners, not just contacts
Excellent communication skills: clear, honest, and direct, whether with a developer or a C-level stakeholder
Practical understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum, Lean Agile), SDLC, backlog management, and requirements gathering
Hands-on experience with Jira and Google Workspace
Analytical mindset and genuine curiosity about software development and modern technologies
Openness to using AI tools to improve productivity, delivery quality, and collaboration
Fluent Polish and English (B2+)
Nice to have:
Availability to work from our Gliwice office once a week, with occasional travel for client meetings
Experience in service design or launching new services
Familiarity with GitHub, pull requests, and code review workflows
Experience with AI-supported delivery or workflow automation
How we work
Flat structure. No layers of approval. You'll have real ownership from day one and real colleagues who'll tell you when something's off. We use AI tools across delivery — and we actively encourage you to use them during recruitment too. Show us how you think.
Recruitment Process
Step 1: CV + 1-minute video in English: why this role, why now. No video = no review.
Step 2: 1.5-hour role-focused interview.
Step 3: Offsite in Gliwice: meet the team, culture conversation.
A Note on AI
At Boldare, we believe in using technology to amplify human potential. We actively encourage candidates to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor: whatever works for you) even during the recruitment process. If they help you think more clearly or communicate better, go for it. We're curious to see how you think, not how fast you type.
What We Offer
Fully remote with flexibility
International projects across Europe and beyond
Flat structure: your voice matters from day one
A team that values ownership, transparency, and direct communication
Equipment: MacBook or Windows notebook, monitors if needed
AI tools across the stack: we use them, teach them, build with them
Regular team meetups: remote doesn't mean isolated
Around since 2004, still no corporate HR department
Clients building something real, not running another rebrand
Colleagues who give real feedback, not just good vibes
