About the Client

The project is for a global leader in the life sciences sector, currently undergoing a strategic ERP transformation to redefine and optimize business processes, reporting, and analytics on a global scale.

What you will do

• Lead the design, build, and delivery of global Analytics & Reporting solutions across Manufacturing, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Asset Management.

• Analyze business needs and develop solutions using SAP S/4 HANA, BW/4HANA, BW Cloud (Datasphere), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to implement new solutions, manage risks, and ensure full transparency of project status.

• Support the design and architecture of the future ERP landscape aligned with enterprise standards.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and drive continuous improvements in analytics strategies.

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in SAP ERP and BW implementations, migrations, or global rollouts (preferably S/4 HANA and BW/4HANA).

• Deep knowledge of Analytics & Reporting tools for Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance, Assets, and Master Data Governance (MDG).

• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, BW Cloud, SAC Reporting; familiarity with Snowflake and AWS S3 will be a plus.

• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and operate in a dynamic, agile environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
