Location: Łódź, Poland (hybrid – minimum 3 days/week onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, engaging directly with business stakeholders, and ensuring effective collaboration with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects independently from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders in Poland

• Deep dive into functional topics when necessary to support project progress

• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to drive execution

• Report project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with exposure to high-complexity projects in financial sector

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with both business and technical teams

• On-site presence in Łódź at least 3 days per week

• Proficiency in Polish and English
