Key Responsibilities:

Must-Have Skills:

Fluency in German (C1 level) – essential for communication and project collaboration.

3+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 1 year in healthcare.
- Deep understanding of iOS and Android mobile frameworks and operating systems.
- Experience in software architecture design, database design, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in working with CI/CD technologies (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Puppet, etc.).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Established network and consulting experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology trends and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of agile project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Ability to read and develop code in languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, PHP.
- Experience with healthcare system architectures and data formats (e.g., HL7/FHIR, OMOP, openEHR).
- Familiarity with German healthcare system landscapes (TI, HIS, LIMS).
