Veeva Vault Senior Configuration Specialist

The Veeva Enablement Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with Bayer's products.

Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. We collaborate with our colleagues in the R&D (Research & Development) and Regulatory Affairs domains in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• You configure RIM Vault application based on business requirements
• You collaborate with international stakeholders within the Bayer Veeva Enablement Platform, Business functions (Global Reg Ops) and Veeva
• You gain understanding about the business processes supported by the RIM Vault to be able to suggest best technical solutions
• You steer a team of Vault Configuration Specialist incl. review and support in their work
• and emerging technologies that can enhance Consumer Health’s AI capabilities.

Qualifications & competencies:

• University degree in science or information technology, preferably Masters's degree
• Proven Veeva Vault Platform expertise, having at least the Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential within the last 3 years (initial or annual exam)
• Significant working experience in Vault RIM. Veeva certification preferred
• Knowledge in Pharmaceutical business processes
• GxP expertise preferred
• You have proven leadership, intercultural and motivational skills to manage a functional IT team
• Strong communication, presentation and decision-making skills
• You have a passion to experiment and transfer innovative ideas into real solutions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
