Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Architect and optimize enterprise network solutions for scalability, security, and performance

• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)

• Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement long-term corrective measures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT and OT networks securely

• Develop and enforce network standards, policies, and documentation

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on major projects

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on large-scale, mission-critical environments

• Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation

• Strong knowledge of IT/OT convergence, industrial protocols, and secure architectures

• Proven ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on business operations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred

• Relevant certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, or equivalent

• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
