Report Developer/Data Visualization Specialist

For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Report Developer.

You will work with a global Quality Management System designed to manage deviations, complaints, audits, inspections, CAPA, changes, risk management, and serious non-compliance across technical operations and product development. The system ensures compliance with medical device regulations, and other industry standards, and is integrated with multiple on-premise and cloud solutions to streamline data exchange and support business processes.

Work model: 100% remote from Poland 

Job Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of formatted output reports based on business requirements in the Veeva OneQMS system

• Analysis and assessment of new features, backlog stories, and defects

• Critical thinking to help design solutions requested by customers

• Work in an agile environment with close collaboration with core developers, BAs, testers, validation, and L2 support teams

• Collaboration with Veeva Support Team

Expectations

• Experience in roles such as Configuration Specialist, Data Visualization Specialist, Report Developer

• High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word, and gSuite

• Ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships

• Strong presentation skills and experience

• Fluent English

• Strong self-organizational skills

• Willingness and ability to work across different time zones

• Experience with Jira

• Nice to Have: Experience working on validated projects with a global scope or international teams, knowledge of Veeva Vault QMS, basic SQL knowledge, familiarity with manual testing
